Sexopoly is a real board game, not a card deck pretending to be one. The board is Monopoly-shaped: 94 numbered cells, you roll two dice and you land somewhere. Every cell is an erotic property with a price. "First Kiss" costs 60 coins and asks for a tender kiss with no tongue. "Foreplay" costs 150 and asks one partner to erotically caress the other's nipples. "Nipple Gambit" costs 230. "Red Light District Amsterdam" costs 300 and unlocks a striptease. Land on it, pay the bank, perform the act — the cell is yours.
Then your partner rolls. If they land on a cell you own, that's rent: they perform the property's act for you, or they pay. Collect a full color set (Red Light District, Sexual Tension, Foreplay, Striptease) and you can upgrade properties from level 0 to level 3 — each upgrade raises tax and duration. Two corner decks replace Monopoly's Chance and Community Chest: a Chest of Desires deck (86 timed acts) and a Chest of Pleasure deck (102 modifiers, dares, dom/sub shifts, bank events). One special square triggers a card from the 26-strong BDSM task deck — obedience, spank-light, nipple endurance.
That's 308 unique cards in the stock deck. It's a lot, and it's curated for a generic adult audience. Custom mode lets the two of you rewrite every part of the board into your own private game.
Why custom beats the stock board
Three reasons couples who unlock custom mode rarely go back:
1. Properties match your specific kinks
Stock properties are generic by design — they have to please everyone. Your custom deck can write 94 cells against your actual list. Replace "Massage Salon" with the exact massage you've been hinting about. Replace one generic foreplay cell with a route you keep coming back to.
2. Set bonuses turn fantasies into combos
A color set in Sexopoly isn't just decoration — owning a complete set lets you upgrade properties and double the rent. Group your custom cells by theme (oral set, dom/sub set, striptease set, role play set) and a full set landing creates a guaranteed escalation curve.
3. Custom BDSM deck = your edge, your pace
The stock BDSM deck has 26 cards across spank-light, obedience and endurance — "Endure nipple pinching 30 sec," "Get 30 sec spanking," "Fully obey partner for 30 sec." Custom mode lets you replace each of those 26 with a task you've already negotiated. No surprise hard limits.
How to build your custom Sexopoly board
The first build takes about 60 minutes — it's a real board, not 30 prompts. After that, adding new cells is a 5-minute job before each session. The custom_sexopoly_decks structure stores everything as one object: properties[], chest_desires[], chest_pleasure[], bdsm_tasks[], strip_tasks[]. You can edit any of those slices on its own.
- Agree on hard limits first. Before writing a single cell, list 3–5 acts that don't go in the deck — anything that has caused a real argument before, anything one partner isn't ready for. Sexopoly compounds intensity through upgrades; a hard limit at level 0 becomes a worse problem at level 3.
- Group your 94 properties into sets. Pick 6–8 color groups. Examples: First Kisses, Foreplay, Oral, Massage, Striptease, Sexual Tension, Locked Door, Role Play. Each group gets 3–5 cells. Owning the full group unlocks upgrades — design each group so a full set means an obvious escalation.
- Set prices and rent. Mild cells start around 60 coins (mirror the stock "First Kiss" at 60). Spicy cells 150–250 (mirror "Foreplay" at 150, "Nipple Gambit" at 230). Intimate cells 300–400 (mirror "Red Light District Amsterdam" at 300). Rent equals the act — if the partner can't or won't perform it, they pay double price to the bank.
- Write your 86 Chest of Desires. These are timed actions with a small bank reward. Stock examples: "Pour a drink into your partner's belly button and drink it. Get 50 from the bank," "Give a 90-second oral kiss. Get 30." Yours go where you want them — inside jokes, specific spots, specific durations.
- Write your 102 Chest of Pleasure cards. These are the game-changers — dares, modifiers, dom/sub shifts. The famous stock card here is "Domination": for the next 2 turns one partner has complete command, the other obeys every instruction. Keep that mechanic. Add more: 2-turn role swap, 1-turn blindfold, partner picks your next action, double rent on your next landing.
- Write your 26 BDSM tasks. This is the tightest deck and the highest-edge one. Keep the same categories as stock: short endurance (30–60 seconds), spank-light, obedience. Negotiate every single one before it goes in. Use the
strip_tasks[]slice for clothing-removal cards that pair with specific cells. - Test one full game, then prune. First play reveals which prices are wrong, which sets are unbalanced, which Chest cards always feel like a let-down. Mark them. Edit between sessions. By the third game your board is dialed.

BDSM tasks (the 26-deck, light kink)
- Endure nipple pinching for 30 seconds.
- Get 30 seconds of spanking, partner sets the rhythm.
- Fully obey partner for 30 seconds, any command they give.
- Be bitten lightly on the neck 5 times.
- Hold a kneeling position for 60 seconds while partner watches.
Best practices for memorable sessions
- Calibrate prices to act intensity. If a mild cell costs the same as an intimate one, the upgrade economy breaks. Mild 60–120, spicy 150–250, intimate 300–400 — keep the tiers separate.
- Use upgrade levels deliberately. Level 0 is the base act. Level 1 doubles duration. Level 2 adds a constraint (blindfold, restraint, no hands). Level 3 unlocks the dom/sub variant. Design each property knowing it might escalate.
- Cap a session at 90 minutes. Sexopoly is a real board game — it can go long. Set a coin target or a turn cap. Endurance beyond 90 minutes turns the heat into fatigue.
- Keep a hard-limits card in play. Add one universal "trade for another card" Chest card to both decks. Knowing you can swap out a card without penalty makes the rest of the deck safer to write toward your edge.
- Archive winning configurations. When a board hits, save it as a named deck — "Anniversary 2026 Board," "Vacation Set," "Behind-Locked-Door Deck." One couple, multiple boards.
- Rotate one set per month. Replace one full color group every month. Keeps the board alive without rebuilding it from scratch.
Custom Sexopoly isn't a one-night experiment — it's a board that grows with the two of you. The 308 stock cards give you the spine: real properties, real prices, a real rent economy, real upgrade rules, real chest decks. Your custom layer makes it specifically yours. Six months from now your board will look nothing like the one you build tonight, and that's exactly the point. Roll the dice.
